Basically, whatever you have laying around the home that you no longer need can be tossed right into that dumpster.   Many people like the idea of renting a temporary dumpster because then, they only have to get rid of the item once without having the opportunity to think twice about it (this definitely beats having to take the items to the dump).  

Pull Everything Out of Your Closet

  Next, you’re going to want to take everything out of your closet and put it in the middle of your bed. From here, you will go through each item one by one. If you feel as if you’re going to need those specific items one day, envision the occasion when that “one day” might be.   If you feel that you would look cute in a piece of clothing if you were to lose a little weight, consider whether you’re on a special weight-loss plan. What you’re doing is coming up with measurable ways to decide if you’re going to be using an item one day, or if you’re going to fit into that piece of clothing.
