Some quick information on dumpster rentals

What happens when I am ready for pickup?

Just call us at (844) 762-8449 and we will schedule the pickup for you.

What if my driveway is very steep?

If the driveway is too steep, we will leave the dumpster on the street as close to your home as possible. A permit from the city may need to be purchased, which we can assist with if needed.

Where do you deliver the dumpster?

Our goal is to have the dumpster delivered on your property. In most cases, the driveway is the best location for the drop-off.

What if I fill the dumpster but am not done with my project?

All you have to do is call us, and we will schedule a “swap”. This means that we will have a new dumpster delivered to you and pick up the one that is full.

If I have my dumpster emptied, does my time restart?

Yes, every time we have an empty dumpster delivered your rental days restart.

Can I put anything in the dumpsters?

We do not allow the following items to be transported in the dumpsters: We do not allow the following items to be transported in the dumpsters:

Mattresses, refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, televisions, tires, paint cans and lacquers, adhesives, car batteries, hazardous materials, food waste, household cleaners, ink & resins, oils, fuels, propane tanks, things that take gas/oil such as (lawnmowers, chainsaws), tree debris over 3 feet in length/ & over 12″ in diameter, no tree root balls, or railroad ties.

Loading the dumpsters with these or other hazardous materials will result in additional costs.

How long are the dumpster rentals?

When you speak to one of our trained associates, you can tell them how long you need the rental for. Our goal is to fit within your time frame, not the other way around.

Is there a weight limit for the size of dumpster?

Yes, based on your project we can add as many Tons as needed. Our trained staff is here for you, and can walk you through typical weight capacities for your project.

What dumpster do I need?

One of our experienced specialists can help you determine what size would work best for your project. The more information that you have about your project, the better off you are.

Do dumpsters come in different sizes?

The most popular sizes are 10, 20, 30, and 40 yards. Typically 40 yard dumpsters are for large commercial projects.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept any major credit card, wire transfer, or check as long as it is before the delivery date of your dumpster rental.

How much can I put into the dumpster?

You can not fill the dumpster or roll-off container above the top lip. Everything must be within the top of the dumpster and level. If you fill the dumpster above the lip, we will not be able to transport it, and you will be charged a trip fee of $150 or greater.

How much dirt, concrete, or brick can I put in the dumpster?

Please specify if you are doing this as 10- and 20-yard dumpsters are the only size dumpsters that should be used for dirt, concrete, or brick. The maximum you can fill these dumpsters is 1/2 way. Filling it more than that will prevent us from picking up and transporting the dumpster. A 30-yard dumpster should never be used for this. Doing so will result in additional charges.
